Chapter 13 – Teaching the Hitler Youth a Lesson (Essen, Germany)
Eddie is about 14 now and is working on farm in Essen. Two ‘Hitler Youth’ turn up unexpectedly on a Sunday and order him to work ‘faster’. Eddie loses his temper, hits the one pointing a revolver at him with a broom before running off.
